The wedding will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2026. Ceremony on the ridge at Lone Mountain Ranch, with a tented reception and party to follow. The dress code is colorful black tie. This wedding does not have a lot of rules, but please do not take this opportunity to cosplay a Yellowstone character, i.e., no cowboy hats– we know none of you have any cattle.

Transportation shuttles will be available each day to transport guests to the wedding events. They will pick up from Big Sky Town Center at The Wilson Hotel, and drop people back off at the same location. See below each event with the transportation schedules.

There is adequate parking at The Wilson Hotel if you would like to use transportation but are staying in a different location.

Thursday 9.10

Welcome Drinks

Ranch Hall | Lone Mountain Ranch

Time: 7:00pm

Dress Code: Casual

For those already in town on the Thursday evening before the wedding, we’d love to host you for Welcome Drinks.

Transportation

Transportation will be provided between The Wilson Hotel and Lone Mountain Ranch.

Ceremony Rehearsal + Rehearsal Dinner
For bridal party and family participating in the ceremony rehearsal and attending the rehearsal dinner only.

4:15 PM — Shuttle departs The Wilson Hotel
4:30 PM — Ceremony Rehearsal at Ranch Hall
5:00 PM — Rehearsal Dinner begins

Welcome Drinks
For all remaining guests.

6:45 PM — Shuttle departs The Wilson Hotel for Lone Mountain Ranch
7:00 PM — Welcome Drinks begin

Return Transportation
8:00 PM — First shuttle departs Lone Mountain Ranch for The Wilson Hotel
9:00 PM — Final shuttle departs Lone Mountain Ranch for The Wilson Hotel

Welcome Party

Dress Code: Nowhere to Wear It

Remember that ridiculous shirt or dress you bought at the thrift store on a whim? Do you have a neon yellow pantsuit with a matching wig? Or a prom dress you still own? Maybe you still have your cap and gown or even own a dirndl. This is the time to break those items back out and bring them to Big Sky. Absurd outfits are encouraged, but not required. Transportation will be provided to and from Riverhouse.

5:15 PM — First shuttle departs Lone Mountain Ranch for Riverhouse

Saturday 9.12

Ceremony | Reception

Dress Code: Colorful Black Tie

*Please note, the entire ranch consists of dirt and gravel except specific walkways; we would highly encourage women to wear wedged heels, block heels or flats for ease of walking on the ranch grounds.

5:00 PM — Ceremony begins

After Party
Following the reception, the celebration will continue at Horn & Cantle / Auric Room at Lone Mountain Ranch. Transportation within the ranch will be provided.

Return Transportation to The Wilson Hotel
9:00 PM — First shuttle departure
10:30 PM — Second shuttle departure
12:00 AM — Third shuttle departure
2:00 AM — Final shuttle departure
